I’ve been to Central Park many times, but on this tour I saw things that I’ve never seen before. I highly recommend it. I would suggest that you break it up though. If you do the tour as shown it would take you four hours. Also, it has you walking against traffic around the reservoir and people get very annoyed with you.

The app worked well and the map was easy to follow. The stories started as we approached an attraction. I wish mileage was included. We had already been walking half the day, and if we had realized it was a 6-mile experience we would have modified the walk. There were a few paths closed for construction so we had to walk around (longer) to return to the path. It was a decent experience. App worked fine.

I do mention the minimum duration to complete the tour, but since it’s self-guided, you can always check the stoplist after setting up and plan your route however you prefer to suit your pace. The path closures must’ve been frustrating—those occasional detours are unfortunately out of my control, but I’m sorry you had to deal with that. Glad you still found the experience enjoyable. The app works great as long as you’re walking in the park. It has its own GPS and knows where you are. When you get close enough to one of its stops (there are a lot!) it starts speaking to you automatically. However…. We were on electric scooters and couldn’t take the walking path. We only got close enough to a few of the talking points on the tour so we missed the biggest majority of it. What we did hear, though, was clear, concise and very informative.

This was an amazing self guided tour. Unfortunately we were not able to complete it due to extremely wet conditions. Well worth the effort and most informative

A very clever app, easy to follow and lots of information. When we went a couple of the areas were closed so had to re-route but no way this could be known in advance. Were able to loop back and do the ones closed after One of the areas, we were sent the wrong way down a running track (this is acknowledged) however made us look and feel like tourists who don't know what they are doing which is rarely the case. Take that aside, we enjoyed the tour and learned a lot

The GPS map and narration were fantastic! I would recommend allowing 3 to 4 hours to really enjoy this tour. Go early in the morning if you want a peaceful experience. The explosion of flowers was everywhere!

Loved this app! Very easy to use and follow. Only issue was with construction in Central Park around stops 33-35 so we had to navigate around, which lead to several dead ends and added a good deal more walking. Other than that (to no one’s fault), it was perfect for what we were looking for!
