We had a great time with Mads who answered all our questions and showed us the northern lights. And we had hot chocolate too! We were very lucky and grateful for this experience.
Our tour guide was Mads and he really seemed to enjoy the community and its history as he shared it with us. Greenland is a challenging and interesting place to live.
Terrible, stay away from info guide to Greenland. My trip got cancelled, I ask for a refund since I was leaving Greenland and they completely stopped with answering my emails. For a country/company wanting tourism, this is terrible sham and absolutely disgusting to do to a traveler invested in their country. Do not use them.
We apologize for the frustration, as we did not find that refund was lacking until our annual review of accounts. Then we refunded immediately, and we have sent the guest an email with our sincere apology. Bad weather created a backlog of challenges last year and we prioritized getting tours running for people in Greenland. This is a fact, not an excuse. We always refund according to our terms and conditions - That this one slipped past our attention was a mistake, sorry.

He was prompt and professional. He told us about the way of life in Nuuk. The vehicle was comfortable and easy to view the lovely town and suburbs. It was a great way to see a unique city.
Our guide, Mads, from GuidetoGreenland was outstanding. He gave us a real "homelander" view of this unique town of 30,000. He was genuine and informative, experience, friendly and very knowledgeable. This company and this guide are definitely a must go to if you are in Nuuk and want to hear and see everything about this area. If you write to the company, they will respond quickly and completely.
Very good boat trip in the Labrador Sea around the city of Nuuk. Great views from the upper deck of the ship. During the entire trip we were carefully looked after by the ship's staff. I really liked the harsh nature, swimming and observing nature. The ship is comfortable, good coffee warmed up all the passengers during the trip. The ship's captain is a responsible person, but also has a sense of humor. He paid a lot of attention to the passengers. Excellent organization of the entire trip from the moment of boarding to the moment of farewell. I enjoyed traveling with the "Guide to Greenland" company.
