Communication was wonderful. They sent me a WeChat right away, and also the night before as a reminder. Responds immediately. Driver showed up exactly on time, was very efficient in getting us to the airport. Was polite and respectful. Highly recommend!
Our driver, Mr Zhao, was very professional. He Arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early, quickly got our luggage loaded, made sure my son and I were comfortable before heading to the airport. The vehicle was immaculately clean.
We had a last minute request for a bigger vehicle due to the amount of luggage. We thought that the request will not be provided but to our surprise, the company did send us the bigger vehicle even though it’s a last minute request.

I communicated with Viator up to the day before our paid for pick up. We couldn't find nor contact our driver. The Japanese terminal staff were very helpful in helping us with our attempts to find our driver. I messaged Viator with no responses.
We sincerely apologize for missing your pickup. However, our customer service tried to contact you several times, both via text messages and phone calls, but couldn’t reach you at all. We did not receive any incoming calls or messages from you either. Also, our driver arrived at Tokyo Port at 8:50 holding your name sign to wait for you. He searched for you for over an hour in the arrival hall, nearby rest areas, and both upper and lower floors, but still couldn’t find you. So he had to leave at 10:00. We truly sorry any inconvenience caused.
Excellent service. Excellent / proactive communications. It was a complicated, crowded pickup location. But it was handled flawlessly.
