Shortly before the pickup, I was once again lovingly wished all the best and the key data was confirmed again. That gave me a very good feeling. The driver was at the meeting point before the agreed time for the pickup. He was very polite and drove in a very pleasantly calm manner. We had a lot of luggage, and it all fit into the minivan without any problems. That was a very relaxing end to our trip.

Our driver, Mr Zhao, was very professional. He Arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early, quickly got our luggage loaded, made sure my son and I were comfortable before heading to the airport. The vehicle was immaculately clean.

We had a last minute request for a bigger vehicle due to the amount of luggage. We thought that the request will not be provided but to our surprise, the company did send us the bigger vehicle even though it’s a last minute request.
