Do not go with this company!! Because of the typhoon our flight was delayed to the next day and I notified the company way in advance before the 24 hour window. We'll the company decided to nothing with the information I had given them only to wait until the 24 hour window where I couldn't cancel our change my transport. Mind you I was having a back and forth conversation with them the whole time.

We arrived at Narita Airport, but no one was there to meet us. I received messages from two different phone numbers, which made the situation even more confusing. One message asked me to provide my flight details and arrival time again, even though this information had already been submitted. When I finally called, I was told that the driver was running almost 45 minutes late. Because our flight had arrived slightly early, we ended up waiting for more than an hour. We paid $65 per person—$130 total—specifically for a convenient, hassle-free transfer with no waiting and a driver meeting us at the exit with our name on a sign, exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, that is not the service we received. The driver himself was courteous and drove safely. However, he did not speak English, which was also inconsistent with the advertisement.

It was a smooth ride from Narita to downtown Tokyo. It was a relief to have our driver waiting for us after a very long flight from Boston.
I had a great experience using the Viator app to book car service to and from the airport. The booking process was quick, easy, and convenient, and having everything organized through the app made traveling much less stressful. Our transportation was reliable, communication was clear, and the overall experience was smooth from pickup to drop-off. I especially appreciated the convenience of arranging both airport transfers ahead of time and not having to worry about finding transportation upon arrival nor departure. I would definitely use Viator again for airport transportation and other travel activities. Highly recommend!
The driver never showed up to the airport to pick us up. He was confused and went to our destination hotel instead. We have asked for a refund.

Had a slight issue at pickup where we were assigned the same car as another family but the issued was resolved so quickly and we were brought to our hotel by another driver. Would use the company again. They were nice, helpful, and communicated well
