The evening of your tour experienced the worst traffic of the year due to the city’s boat parade, which caused significant delays throughout downtown St. Augustine. We did communicate with you in person at the meeting location to let you know we were running approximately 30 minutes behind, and our team was actively navigating traffic as safely and efficiently as possible. While we understand delays can be frustrating, they were completely outside of our control. We also want to note that your reservation was originally for a 9:00 pm tour, and although we were asked to move it to an earlier time, we were unable to accommodate that request due to a full schedule. We always do our best to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience—including private vehicles and complimentary blankets—and we appreciate your patience during an unusually busy night in the city.
