SOO happy with our choice of tour. It was everything we wanted to see and more. Deanna was fabulous! We learned so much, loved the view of the falls from the tower and was AMAZED by our views from the tunnel!
The Underground Niagara Tour with guide DeAnna was great. Her professional and personal experience made the presentation very engaging. It allowed for views of the Falls from every vantage point too…observation tower, rapids level and ended with the tunnel at the base for some great photo opportunities! Several engineers on our tour found this interesting but presented as an overview so didn’t get too geeky for the rest of us :). We would recommend. Initially I was disappointed that we weren’t doing a boat tour but this satisfied all expectations and I didn’t get wet. Just a little mist. :)

Our guide (Val) was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable - living in Hamilton, Ontario we've been to the Falls many times over the years but have to say the time spent with her was amazing - we learned so many things we didn't know! Her enthusiasm doing the tour was amazing! Worth the time and money spent!
A night show is an absolutely amazing experience. You get to see the colour-lit falls against the black sky. It looks like a scene from a movie; it’s hard to believe that it is a real landscape.
This was quite expensive - there are six of us so multiply everything by six and get 'bankruptcy' - but worth it. The power station is interesting, the underground tunnel is fun to walk through, the viewing platform at the foot of the falls is stunning.
Good to know the story behind the falls and what lies behind it. Dianne (I think that’s her name) our tour guide was great and knowledgeable!
If you get Tim as a tour guide, be prepared to be entertained. The tour was very informational. It was cool (literally) going into the tunnel and the observation deck!

I have learned to enjoy the benefits of a guided tour as opposed to doing it on my own. Jane of Walks City Experiences did not disappoint. A native with a long history and generational personal ties with the Niagara Falls. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for leading the interesting and informative tour, along with a certain professionalism and passion for doing the tour was great!
