Donna are guide was very versed in the history of the falls area. She had a great personality. I would highly recommend.

Our guide Peggy was knowledgable, friendly and absolutely invested in giving us a great experience. I loved her passion and enthusiasm. She absolutely made sure we got on the far right side of the boat for the best view which we appreciated tremendously. However, I think the tour could have been an hour shorter if we hadn’t role-played and participated in some theatrics which, while clever, wasn’t my cup-of-tea. I also just want folks to know there is a lot of walking on this tour. The tour ends at Table Rock and so know that when you decide where to park your car. If I had realized I could just book the boat ride and caves independently, I would have done that. There was, as typical, a lot of time spent waiting. I try to maximize every hour of my vacation and so, pretending to be tightrope walkers, is not how I’d spend an extra hour. It was funny though, I’ll giver her that!

Donna is an excellent guide and it very knowledgeable about the history of the falls, appreciate the guided insights during each stage of the tour!

Well what should have been an amazing last day with our family going on the boat through the mist turned out to be a nightmare. Booked through trip advisor got the tickets or so I thought they were to be turned away after walking down to get the boat with my husband who struggles to walk in the heat as has health issues so we could do something special with our Son Daughter In Law and Granddaughter who we had not seen for 4years. I tried to phone the company and email them just to be told I had to need someone to get the tickets but was never given this information so had to buy more tickets which were a lot cheaper and now they are refusing to give me my money back which was a lot £450 . Highly recommend buying the tickets when your there as a lot cheaper and not likely to lose a lot of money

Amazing experience made all the better by Jane - our tour guide - who had so much local knowledge and experience. Jane also had a book of history which she talked us through including some of her personal experiences having grown up and living locally.

John was our tour guide. He was fantastic. He interacted with each group in the party. We learned and saw so much. Wonderful stories. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide Linda was very friendly and really knew her stuff. She walked at a perfect pace, ensured everyone was in the group at the right place at the right time - some group members had to use different entry / exit points which she organised well and kept us all in check. She also advised the best viewing points / photo opportunities for Niagara and even other activities that you’d only know by first hand experience. Thank you Linda!!

The Maid of the Mist boat ride was great. Our tour guide Jessica was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was organized and kept the group moving. Behind the Falls was just okay — not terribly exciting. If you choose not to go, you are not missing anything.

It was really fun, the boat ride was great and the journey behind the falls was fun. I don’t think I’d do the journey behind the falls again just because it was a lot of standing in line just to look at the water for 2 seconds through a tiny tunnel. But the boat ride was great, the guide Kevin was amazing. It was a lot more walking than I thought it would be though, and they didn’t provide water which I thought we would have access too, but other than that it was good! The admission fee was good for the boat, not worth it for the journey behind the falls. The whole thing took about 4 hours, a lot of which was in direct sunlight. So it was very hot and you will need sunscreen lol. Best for people who do a lot of walking and don’t mind being in tunnels for a long time.
