トロント発ナイアガラの滝日帰りツアー（ボート＆ジャーニーオプション付き）

Upon arrival in Niagara, the service desk attended us with little kindness and interest. The guide gave us the feeling of being doing us a favor by joining us. He didn't want to be there working and he made sure we felt that way. He said unacceptable things, like he was sneaking in line, or he was crossing the border and lying at customs. At times he turned his back on us. Zero customer service, zero sense of pride in your destiny, your work and desire. The driver did many hours of driving and could see it naturally tired. Shame, since he was super nice.

Great day trip to niagara falls, left on time and returned on time, clean van, downtown pick up. Great value for money.

They cancelled my ride last minute & offered a refund that I’m still waiting on. The driver was rude & didn’t try to accommodate, literally left us at the pickup location and told me to call the company.

I booked a 3pm slot for a Niagara Falls for my group which would allow for 6hr exploration time. I got a call that it was rescheduled to 3:30 but when another person in my group called they were instructed that it was 3pm and not 330pm. We waited at the pick up spot for 30 mins and the shuttle never showed up. We called again and was instructed the driver was as in traffic and it’ll be 10 more minutes. We then waited until 4pm and I called again and the guy on the phone said the driver is no longer responding and doesn’t know how much longer it’ll be. We were instructed that it was about a 2 hour drive to the falls and if we still wanted to go, we wouldn’t get back to Toronto until almost midnight and we couldn’t get on an earlier shuttle to get back earlier because it was going to be a full van so we would just have to wait until 1030pm that night to be picked up

It was a great trip and great experience. I recommend.

I just did the bus to Niagara Falls rather than the extras, but it was good value and TJ the driver was very helpful.

Driver was awesome. Glad I was able to see Niagara Falls even though I couldnt add any attractions due to my arrival time.

TJ was on time and very courteous. I like the fact that there was a shuttle only option and you could add the individual tours separately. It will be even more awesome if TJ could explain how to get individual tours right at the beginning then leave it till the end of the drop because all tourists might not know everything . But I highly recommend the tour.

Best way to check out niagara falls from Toronto in a single day. TJ was fantastic. Picked us up on time and gave great recommendations on what to do in Niagara! Highly recommend!
