Guide showed up more than 30 minutes late only to spend most of the time on the phone - not much guiding at all. The walk to the boat ride was shorter than the waiting time. So this tour was definitely not worth the steep price per person, we might as well just have bought a ticket to the boat ride. The entire group / party attending this tour should at least be partially refunded..
Harman was a great tour guide! We learned a lot, and he was very kind and patient with our large group of adults and children.
Alora was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the area and its story. She took her time showing us around and gave good tips on where to go and when!
It was a good length tour with kids. It included a walking tour with some history of the falls and a boat tour.

We chose the walking and boat tour package. We had a wonderful time on our walking tour of the Niagara gardens with Robbie. He guided us through the grounds with an easygoing charm and shared whimsical bits of history you won’t find in the usual write‑ups. His stories added color and character to an already beautiful setting. We truly enjoyed the experience and want to extend a warm thank you to Robbie for making the tour memorable.
