ナイアガラの滝カナダツアー：ヘリコプター、ボートクルーズ＆ジャーニー

Sam is a great host and tour guide, we did the entire package helicopter, boat, behind the falls, night fly, power plant and tunnel. Best experience ever!!!

Nikola was a superb guide. There was cloud cover delaying our helicopter ride but he simply pivoted the line up of attractions so we still managed to get our flight. He was a lovely guy and very generous with his time and knowledge. Fabulous day

This was a complete disaster. My wife & I travelled from England to Canada & Niagara Falls for 2 nights and this experience was central to the trip. We booked, paid in full and agreed pick up from our hotel (Hyatt Regency) at 7.00am. As we were waiting to board our evening flight from Vancouver to Toronto (the trip was the following morning) we received an email showing the pick up address. I was fortunate to notice that this didn’t appear to be the address of our hotel, further checks revealed it was in fact a 2 hour drive away! I replied to the email and sent screen shots showing the confirmed address of our hotel, only to be told they don’t provide that service and we’d have to go to them!! This would mean leaving the hotel at 5.00am latest when we wouldn’t arrive at the hotel until 11.30pm the night before. This just wasn’t feasible. The helicopter company directed me back to Viator for any refund/ alternative. A frantic call to Viator whilst waiting to take off came up with no alternative trips or options other than a refund. We were now heading to the Falls with no trips booked for our 2 day trip. Completely unacceptable and inefficient process that ruined our trip. I was fortunate to notice the wrong address otherwise we would have been waiting for a pick up that would never arrive and may not have got any refund as we would have been a “no show”. I’ll never use Viator again.

Karn was the best guide. He was knowledgeable about the area and was the most punctual person I ever met and I really appreciated that. He was flexible and made sure we saw everything. The helicopter ride was amazing. I highly recommend this tour. Worth every penny

This experience was absolutely incredible and worth every penny! From the helicopter ride to the boat tour, my girlfriend and I had smiles on our faces the entire time. Our tour guide, Cheryl, was simply amazing. Her deep knowledge of the region truly enriched our adventure, and both we and the rest of our group were so impressed with her and the overall experience. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation!!

Great Tour! Everything I hoped it would be. Great picture of us in helicopter as well! It was worth the money all day long.

This is the best kind of tour and worth every penny. The guide took us to all the locations and then set us free instead of herding us around in a line like children. He also advised us which ones were worth getting photos from. All of the experiences were fantastic, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend to anyone.

This was the ultimate excursion! Seeing Niagara Falls by all angles was fantastic. I would absolutely do this again.

Great deal!! Our guide was very courteous and knowledgeable about the history of the area. There was also no lineups or headaches for each site we visited as he passed out our tickets for each event. I would most definitely hire him again! Tyvm!!

The experience is very much needed. Sonia guided us through the whole experience safely, gave us information and history about our activities and was very professional and friendly. Everything was a awesome experience!!
