My younger brother and son loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. They weren't able to go on their schedule day because of the weather. Staff told us to come back the next day and they would accept our voucher and they did just that. What a wonderful experience!

We initially planned to book a hotel room with an unobstructed full view of the waterfalls for a lot of money. We then decided on a room with a side and somewhat limited view and were easily able to pay for the helicopter tour with the price difference. And that is the much better experience! The staff were all very friendly and the tour, which lasted about 12 minutes, was fantastic. There are no time reservations, just first come, first served. It is recommended to take a look at the weather forecast for the day; otherwise, of course, it is best to be there right at 10 a.m. and then try to get the front seats next to the pilot. Although it is said that the crew assigns the seats, no one bothered with that in our case, and then you just have to be faster than the rest of the group. But the experience shouldn't be much worse in the back seats either.

Worth every penny! Easy, professional, and worth the cost. Highly recommend. Incredible experience, Don/t miss it when in Niagra Falls.

We had such an amazing experience. There were a few people in front of us, but the wait was definitely not long at all. We even got a picture taken before our ride. Our ride was beautiful and I’d definitely do it again

It was incredible & something we always wanted to do, bucket list for our Wedding Anniversary ❤️ Staff was so nice & helpful & personal, since it was a special event, we were hoping to ride in the front seat to get a better view & a good pic, but unfortunately we didn’t have the option & others went in front of us! Just another thing, I am an avid scrapbooker & was a bit disappointed in the picture that it has to be with other people you don’t even know, but bought it anyhow 🤗 I asked about us going by ourself but was told had to be a private tour, I get it, just wanted to put that out there for others so you know will be with other people or book private, unfortunately cost is higher & we couldn’t afford that option 😢 Sorry about the above, in all it was incredible & would highly recommend this tour to whoever wants the thrill of a Lifetime 👍

Quick 12 minute helicopter tour with audio. Staff were polite and its on a first come first served basis. Great way to see the falls from a different angle.
