Tony was very nice and knowledgeable!! We really enjoyed this tour
Booked through Magnificent Tours and it did not disappoint. The boat ride gets you shockingly close to the falls — the mist and roar are something photos just can’t capture. Going behind the falls added a whole different, powerful perspective. Our guide, Tony Hagan, was fantastic — knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we didn’t miss a single photo op. Highly recommend this tour and Tony especially!
John was truly amazing. Great personality, and made sure all went according to plan. Was relaxing for our family, and all had a great time! Thanks John

Absolutely amazing very educational and most memorable memories a family can take home 🥰 I must add John McKinnon our tour guide was the best I have ever had and I do some serious traveling Even when we went to Key west the guide was not like John This man was not only passionate and very educated about Canada he was very passionate about his passages on that bus it’s not just a job for him it’s his life and passion to see everyone on his tour have the best time possible My husband has some issues walking and John helped push the wheelchair every where not as a job but as a person that cared I sincerely wish every bus tour could hire somebody like John McKinnon. He is my memory. I’m bringing him back home and we’ll brag about my favorite memory which is John the best tour bus driver ever from Niagara Falls

John McKinnon was amazing! So knowledgeable, full of humor and local knowledge about where to go and what to do. Just a really easy, go with the flow, while also being full of energy kind of guy. Request John if you can!!!
Tony Hagar was our Bus Driver/Tour Guide and he could not have been better. His sense of humor really added to our overall experience. Without Tony it would not have been the same. And “No” he DID NOT pay us to say this!!!
This is highly recommended and the Least stressful way to experience all Niagara Falls has to offer up close! We thoroughly enjoyed all 3 stops…the boat ride was the absolute best ending to our tour. The views were stunning, the sounds were epic, and there were plenty of opportunities for great photos. Tony was very knowledgeable and shared some interesting facts and history. We were a group of 3, 2 being senior citizens and 1 with mobility issues. Tony went out of his way to make the experience as comfortable as possible, but even with the bus rides it is A LOT of walking (3 miles tracked with steps) including ramps, stairs, and uneven terrain. If you have no issues walking longer distances, we highly recommend this tour!
