The tour was exceptional a trip of a life time. Tour guide was excellent. Why the low score? If we hadn't made a trip to find the pick up point given via email - we would not have found massive road works out side the Holiday inn. A call to Viator revealed a change in pick up time and venue. Had we arrived with no knowledge of the change in pick up time and meeting point, we would have missed the trip. The new pick up point and new time were emailed on the day of my enquiry straight after my call, the day before tour.

Amazing! So many experiences for the price. Our group was greeted with a professional and personable guide who picked us up at our location of our choice. Brought us to the boat cruise, behind the falls, Skylon tower, maple fudge tasting, floral clock, whirlpool, American and Canadian dams. Knowledgeable about the areas. The boat cruise and behind the falls you get wet ponchos are provided. Each activity you were allotted time on your own to explore and enjoy.

Our family of 3 had a great time with our tour guide, Felix. He spent extra time taking us to the whirlpool and maple tasting. He was very knowledgeable about the area and attractions. Everyone's favorite part was the boat tour. The power of the water is amazing. We were surprised by the low cost of the 4 hour tour. Definitely recommend.

Our family of four had a wonderful time seeing the views from Skylon Tower, experiencing the power of the water with the Journey Behind the Falls and the Hornblower Boat Tour where the mist soaks you. Afshin was the perfect guide and driver. He picked us up at our hotel right on time. He was kind, helpful, interesting, and fun. He made us feel very welcome. He gave us all the great tips for enjoying the sights and he kept us moving. Little did we know, being from Ohio, this was Civic Holiday, and the city was quite busy. We ended up changing our dinner reservations from 8 to 9 due to the long lines for the boat, but it was all worth it. I would highly recommend BG Tours and Afshin. Thank you for the memories!

I could never have gotten my kids to all of those without the tour guides assistance and the fast lane on all the different chores. It was excellent

Great experience. Worth the money. We had drop off door and front of the lines for the most part. Our tour guide was amazing. Great 5 hours!

The tour was excellent! Being picked up and dropped off at our hotel was lovely. The guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we knew where to go and what to do at each stop. It’s a little pricey but worth avoiding the hassle of booking each attraction separately and having to find parking at each location.
