It was to go 7pm. But changed to 6.30pm - we came 615 as wanted deparure was 710pm after a few others were allowed onbord drinks ombord are seriously to expensive and quality very poor
The workers were rude, there was no sort of organization whatsoever on where to go and when you were unaware instead of helping you, the workers would result to yelling at you. For the actual ride, I paid for a 90 minute experience, and it was maybe just an hour. The windows were dirty and cracked so I couldn't see anything, waste of money.

Guide sped through their list of landmarks and then stopped talking. Seemed as though the crew didn’t know or wasn’t confident in docking the boat.

Cruise was nice. Narration about the buildings and bridges was helpful as you passed each landmark. We enjoyed the cruise.
Didn't get to take the cruise after waiting hours then it was canceled and am trying to figure out how to get refund
Rachel was a great host and gave good history on New York landmarks. Clear explanation on what to expect in the tour was really good.
Cruise didn’t accept Viator Ticket purchased. I had to buy another ticket at window. Viator never answered my phone call.
Easy on and off access , excellent narrative and great views and plenty of spaces to set around the boat.

This was supposed to be the highlight of our 25th reunion. But everything went wrong.... wrong boat, wrong location, wrong times, only 30 mins cruising + 30mins at the dock, instead of NYC: 90-Minute Architectural Skyline Boat Tour & Statue of Liberty. Disappointed...don't waste your money, it's a scam!!

On the day of your cruise, an unforeseen maritime emergency occurred — a Mexican vessel struck the Brooklyn Bridge, resulting in a tragic accident and forcing citywide restrictions and last-minute changes. To ensure your safety and avoid cancellation, we quickly secured an alternate location and operated the tour as planned from Pier 78. We can confirm that the cruise remained a 90-minute tour, including all standard skyline and Statue of Liberty viewing points. If you believe your sailing did not match this, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can investigate further and make things right.
