The best experience ever! First with the steamboat Natchez Jazz cruise…cruising along with a live jazz band playing. Then, the City Tour where part of it was a guided walking tour!! Thanks to Val and Stacey the best tour guide and driver!!!

It was a fun comprehensive experience - comfortable for those of us who could not stand the heat and stayed in the air conditioned bus, and very informative for those of us who walked outside to learn more about the history and culture of N’awlins. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we greatly enjoyed her stories!

No need to get there early if you are having dinner, otherwise you just wait ages in a queue. You have a booked table. Buffet was good as was the bar service. A guide for the first 30 min then ol’ ragtime music. Great sunset in summer too.

The tours themselves were awesome and the guides Val and Alton on the City Tour were exceptional! The only issue I had was the hour and a half wait in between the City tour and the Steamboat Tour. Both tours were great, but I would recommend booking them separately because the wait in between with the heat was brutal.

Great narration. As a history buff, I enjoyed hearing about the part the steam boats played in the development of the area. As a first time visitor to New Orleans, this was a great experience.

We were all standing in line waiting to board the tour bus when the company canceled last minute while we were in line.
Julie, we are not aware of which tour and the circumstances. But if it was a Gray Line Tour we certainly have to apologize.

TripAdvisor had very clear instructions about how to get to the tour, but the people in new Orleans were unfamiliar with the trip Advisor tour. So we had to do a lot of investigating and asking questions and searching around to find the correct bus for the first part of the tour. Finding the Steamboat was easier because there is only one! The bus tour was lovely. Air conditioned, comfortable bus, and our tour guide Lesley was wonderful. She took us through one of the cemeteries and we also walked around the garden district. We were also able to stop and get beignets at Café Du Monde. Delicious! The steamboat ride was equally lovely. We sat on the top level, but under the canopy, so we were out of the direct sunlight and could see everything. The tour part was thorough and interesting and the jazz music was perfect. Well worth the money. The only reason I gave the tour 4 instead of 5 stars was because of our difficulty finding the correct bus for that part of the tour. Otherwise I would highly recommend this experience.
