Great information very fast pace would’ve loved more times at each stop or to explore the insides not just the outside of the buildings see the actual property

The properties we discuss are privately owned businesses, residences, and historic buildings, so unfortunately we are not permitted to take tour groups inside most of them. It was incredible! The nun (Morgan) was such a spectacular historian!! I really cannot emphasize how much knowledge that woman holds. The value you get is incredible, it lasts about 2 hours from the start, and you do a bit of walking so wear comfortable shoes. It is a very chill atmosphere so definitely feel free to ask questions, but PLEASE be respectful!! I went solo and our group altogether ended up being smaller, but it was still loads of fun. I totally recommend it, mostly at the start of your trip to get some more background on the town. I seriously love Morgan! She’s so cool!

Tour was advertised as a small group, very strictly 16 or less people. There were at least 24 people in our group. More people means more side conversations and harder to control. Definitely not the experience that was advertised. Our tour experienced run-ins with many other tour groups at the same stops at the same time causing our guide to have to talk about a location and tell the story far away from the site - then we moved closer so people could take pictures. My recommendation would be to stagger the tour start times and find more spots to talk about so you can vary your tours. At the end of the tour, the guide misrepresented their compensation, stating that their income is from tips only and they are not compensated by the tour company. It was a pressure tactic, I’m sure but was unnecessary and unprofessional.
James, I don't show that you were booked on a small group tour. There are over 200 tour companies and no matter which stop we use, or what time it is, there will be other groups. We usually get great reviews for how we handle that. I assure you the tour guides are paid by the company but they do receive tips and it does constitute a good percentage of their income.
