He shared fascinating stories about King Ludwig II, the history of the castle, Bavaria, and the surrounding area, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. The audio guide can also be easily changed to different languages, which was very convenient. Augi was amazing. He met us at the bus, and led us through each leg of our tour carefully and with a lot of knowledge! He was very friendly and helpful, and recognized when the path was too strenuous for us. He told us where we could wait to rest and rejoin easily. Augi made a personal connection with everyone on the tour and I was very pleased. It was so nice to not worry about time deadlines or where to enter. I would fully recommend this tour!

We had a fantastic experience. Our tour guide, Augin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He met us at the bus stop as mentioned in the getyourguide description. My family of 5 were the only people who booked the tour but Augin still gave us the tour instead of canceling it. He sat by us on the shuttle and gave us some great facts about the castle and surrounding area. When we stopped at the Queen Mary Bridge, he patiently took pictures and videos of us, making sure that we got the shots that we wanted. He was very kind and patient with our 3 kids under the age of 8. The views on the bridge were breathtaking! Definitely a must see if you visit Neuschwanstein Castle. The castle tour was short but vary informative. The interior is amazing. We loved every second of this experience.
