Logistical Ease
Frank was excellent and safely got me to the gorilla meeting point where you choose groups, and then to the hike start as well. He made sure all logistics were sorted and that I had water and snacks! I was on the fence about just doing this part myself, but I am so so happy to have chosen to use this tour group instead! Made everything 100x easier!

Volcanoes National Park/Gorilla Trek Kigali day trip
This was the best experience! Peterson, my guide, gave advice on obtaining my Gorilla Trekking permit and was in constant contact before I even arrived in Rwanda. He picked me up early at my hotel in Kigali, provided snacks for the road and helped me join a "family" at the Volcanoes National Park visitor's centre. He was ready with a warm face cloth upon my return from the trek, took me to a local restaurant in Musanze for a warm meal, included, and drove me back to Kigali. This excursion was reasonably priced, well organised and the drive through the land of a thousand hills was beautiful.

Volcanoes Park, mountain gorillas.
My Trail Trek experience was great! From the time I contacted Peterson to the time we said goodbye when the tour ended back at my hotel.
I really cant recommend Trail Trek enough, the were awesome!

I had an absolutely incredible experience with this travel agency in Rwanda. Every detail of our trip was perfectly organized, seamless, and thoughtfully planned. The itinerary was custom-made, and it truly showed everything flowed effortlessly from start to finish.
In addition to an unforgettable safari, I also experienced gorilla trekking, which was truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Everything was handled with professionalism, care, and deep respect for wildlife and conservation.
As a female traveler, feeling safe is essential, and I felt completely comfortable at all times. Our guide, Peterson, was exceptional: professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about his country, its people, and its wildlife. His expertise and calm presence elevated every part of the journey.

Amazing experience!
An absolutely unforgettable experience. The gorilla trekking and safari were perfectly organized from the very beginning, upon arriving at the airport, we were welcomed and supported every step of the way, which made us feel completely at ease. Peterson was outstanding: always attentive, warm, and with an incredible attitude throughout the entire 5 days. We traveled alone, just a friend and I, and at all times we felt safe, cared for, and protected. I will definitely return with my family and would without a doubt do this experience again with them. I highly recommend it; it truly exceeds expectations.
