Was never picked up and waited an hour for our driver tried calling multiple times and customer service was horrible. Would not recommend to use in the future and will be looking for refund

The manager was very accommodating and communicative. He was committed to getting us the ride we needed to the airport at a very early time. Our actual driver was early, professional and took good care of our belongings as he packed and unpacked the van.

I reserved a luxury van due to the amount of luggage I had. They sent a luxury car instead, one of the bags had to ride in the front seat with the driver. It worked out and was perfectly on schedule

The driver did now have a sign with our name on it and was not waiting at baggage claim. We couldn’t find him even after he I had to call him, they did not send an English speaking driver, so very poor communication!

Drive communicated with us location and send a picture of the sign he had for us to identify him. Offers water and ask if we need anything else.

before booking from them car ask for documents for car rental service with driver, because in our case arrived car at Milan airport with non-Italian license plate, and driver: Must eat something too.... Stay away from these characters, if you do not want bad surprises, however car arrived dirty and other class, not LUXURY.....
The driver was not there when we arrived, I walked around arrival hall reading every sign being held and my name was NOWHERE to be found, after 10 minutes I called the number for help and 4 minutes later the driver seemingly arrived and PRETENDED he had been there the whole time and it was my fault. The drivers stature is highly recognizable and I would 100% have seen him had he been there on our arrival. Instead of apologizing for his tardiness he gave us awful attitude which was an atrocious way to be welcomed to Milan after a 12 hour flight. There is nothing luxury about this service and it is far more expensive than most transportation companies. The drivers attitude caused me and my partner to feel a level of discomfort that we have never felt, especially when in a foreign country and at their mercy for a ride which I had already paid in full. After we found the driver he walked so quickly in front of us that there was a solid 10 meters ahead where we had run to catch up, he crossed the road leaving us stuck behind a line of traffic and made us feel like we were being slow. Meanwhile we are carrying giant two 27 kilo suitcases for our long European journey. In full disclosure I can confirm the Mercedes van was comfortable and clean, however we were NOT offered a greeting nor water on our arrival and sat I total silence on the drive as the driver didn’t understand “can you please turn some music on”. I would never have written this review had I received a semblance of acknowledgement of his mistake- instead I was made to feel like the offender. I did however give him a tip bc I do understand people have bad days, it just shouldn’t be taken out on me.
