This was perfect for our last day in Georgia! We were very impressed with the Mtskheta churches, and our son had an absolute blast climbing the Uplistsikhe caves. The monument to Georgian history we saw at the beginning of the trip was breathtaking. Our guide was attentive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this trip to anyone.
The day trip was very well-organised and I'd recommend it for those who are looking for a daytrip outside Tbilisi to explore Georgia's cultural heritage. Alex, our guide and driver, did a great job of explaining the history behind each site and making the day run smoothly.

A fantastic day from start to finish! We began with the incredible cave city of Uplistsikhe — a truly unique archaeological site — then continued to Gori, the birthplace of Stalin, and ended in the beautiful and historic city of Mtskheta. Our guide was excellent: friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He provided clear and engaging explanations at every stop, adding depth and context to what we saw. He also drove safely and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Georgia’s history and culture with a guide who is both passionate and well-informed. A tour not to be missed!
It was a total 5 over 5! The places were amazing We had a tour guide, Giorgi, he was polite, patient, cultivated and always going an extra mile for us. We visited beautiful places, always with wonderful explanations about the history of each one. The communication with Giga, the person in charge, was easy and very fast responding.
