My clients showed up to the meeting point and the guide was not there. They ended up doing the excursion on their own. They also changed from Mt. Rigi to Pilatus the night before but said it was the same meeting point. Very disappointing.
Absolutely appalling. The tour guide did not arrive. We found out later that they had decided to cancel the tour, provided by Tours of Switzerland. Do not use this company, they are totally unreliable. We booked another tour with Best of Switzerland Tours, they were excellent.
Nikki was an unbelievable guide. So knowledgeable and welcoming. She made our day so seamlessly easy and we would highly recommend her. The tour was fantastic and we saw so much.
Guide was early at platform 7 in central train station. We were a group of 9. The weather was perfect today for both Mt Pilatus and Mt Rigi with no obstruction of views. We experienced all modes of transportation! This trip offers a sweeping views, and just enough time to take photos in places we wanted. Lincoln is a wonderful tour guide, he took photos for us. We enjoyed our tour! I recommend this tour if you don’t mind paying a few hundred dollars. I booked with capital one shopping link to VIATOR with 30% gift card kickback! So sign up!
Lincoln, our guide, was very informative and meticulous in guising us thru the tour. He ponted out the beat spots to sit on the train/tram/boat and did a superb job explaining the culture of Switzerland as well.
