Excellent experience and nice guide
It was fun day out! Tony is an excellent driver. Travellers should follow protocol, when eating or drinking is NOT allowed in the bus. Be mindful with other Travellers. Its a long haul drive some wants to sleep. Otherwise it was fun August is the best month to visit. Highly recommend .
It was good experience and convinient
Our recent Mt. Buller getaway from Melbourne was absolutely fantastic, thanks to our wonderful driver, Vance. His patience, kindness, and attentiveness made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable for everyone in our group. The day started with a convenient pickup in Melbourne CBD, followed by a comfortable ride with a short stop in Yea before heading up the mountain. Vance went above and beyond — he helped us rent snow clothes and equipment, ensured we had restroom breaks along the way, and provided useful information about the resort facilities. The complimentary hot water on board was a nice touch to warm up during the chilly ride. We had a full 6 hours of fun on the snow. The sightseeing chair lift offered breathtaking views of the snow-covered alpine scenery. Whether you're into skiing, snowboarding, or just snow play, there's something for everyone. Huge thanks to Vance for his exceptional service — he truly made our trip memorable! We'll definitely be booking again.
The tour went great from pick up until we left Mt. Buller. Augustine our driver is very approachable and interactive, he talks about so many good things about Australia and specifically in Melbourne. He also impart some of the fun facts about it which is a good way to break the ice! He also has complimentary hot water for those someone who wants it. He guides us where we can rent a good snow boots for a good price and he also answers all our questions about the place. We could also contact him on his phone whenever we need help around the area. The bus is clean and has a charging outlet which is so great for those people who run outs of battery on their phone due to picture taking activity like us! It’s an awesome trip all in all! It’s my first time in Mt. Buller and I can say that it is a good trip for me, my family and friends!
The trip was smooth everythink went really well the journey was pleasant Surely booking for next year
The mini bus was so cramped and seat was very uncomfortable. The driver didn’t really know how to fit the chains and took a very long time(still couldn’t do it). We didn’t get there until almost 11am.
The Mt Buller bus service is good value for money. However, the customer service is very poor. The mini bus was squishy and not heated. The bus picked us up on time from Melbourne. The communication regarding the pick-up location from Mt Buller and the drop-off location order wasn't communicated and required me to contact customer service to find this out. The bus driver was also very blunt and rude with their communication. Overall, you'll get to Mt Buller with this service, just expect poor customer service and a squishy cold bus ride.
