We had a private tour with Bella and from start to finish the entire experience was amazing. She was so attentive and listened / honoured all our needs (including visiting a local school and village on the way to the airport on the way back), which was an incredible memory. The entire private tour was very well planned and they even booked us into a gorgeous hotel up near the mountain so that we would be as close as possible to the early start sunrise walk. Both drivers we had were also exceptionally kind, and offered to take pictures and explore with us things that were not necessarily part of the official “trip plan”. Honestly, we would recommend Bella and all the ‘Cheap Bromo’ staff over again - a truly unforgettable experience and service ! You guys really made our experience unforgettable and 100% worth the money.

We had a private tour and it was great. The pick up was in time, and all the staff (drivers and guide) was really professional. Especially the guide did everything to satisfy our preferences. Good also the breakfast with local and international options. We also never felt rushed as sometimes it happens with group tours so I think that the price is worthed the service.

I really recommend the tour with this tour operator. The guide Bara is super prepared, she supported us from start to finish and found a great spot to watch the sunrise at Bromo. They have many tips to share. The contact with the agency was excellent. Highly recommended!!
