An amazing cooking class with the lovely Ghita who is an amazing cook and very knowledgeable and explained things clear and concise. I would highly recommend for you to learn the art of morrocon cooking.
Two days, two cancellations. The first due to the Eid celebrations, the second due to a change from a French cook to an English one.
Hello, We would like to clarify the situation to avoid any misunderstanding. During the days of Eid, the medina of Fes is entirely closed. The local markets and all shops (including vegetables, meat, and poultry) completely cease their activity, without any exception. Our cooking class relies strictly on a same-day market visit and the use of fresh ingredients selected alongside our participants. Therefore, it was absolutely impossible for us to guarantee this essential part of the experience or maintain our quality standards. For this reason, we informed you in advance of the situation, stating that we would proceed with the cancellation and refund. As promised, your booking has been canceled and a full refund has already been issued to you, as we choose to remain completely transparent rather than deliver a compromised experience. We hope to welcome you again under optimal conditions in the future. Kind regards
It was a great experience felt very welcomed and learnt a lot of skills that will take back to my home cooking , Ghita was very friendly and we made 4 dishes in total

We had a great time with this cooking class! From shopping for the ingredients in the Souk - to our very talented chef inquiring what our tastes were like - I can’t recommend this experience enough. To top it all off, the finished product was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend asking to make chicken dahgmira!

We had an amazing cooking class with Ghita. She picked us up from the meeting point to join her whilst doing groceries in the Medina. We went to a Riad where she explained us the Moroccan way of making the dishes (salads and Tajine). Ghita and the staff were very friendly and helpful during the workshop. We'd highly recommend this workshop if you want an authentic experience!

Ghita shared with us her know-how, her taste for traditional Moroccan cuisine inherited from her mom. She took the time to explain the recipes step by step with the precise amounts of ingredients and how to prepare and cook them. We were proud, with his help, to have made a real Moroccan meal.
