Amazing experience seeing Moraine Lake & Lake Louise. Everything went great from the pickup at our hotel, the transport van, our extremely knowledgeable guide Francis & watching the alpenglow as the sun rose! The added bonus of them providing blankets, seat pads, headlamps & warm drinks was helpful. We only had 30 minutes to canoe due to the boats opening at 8:30, time for waivers & hotel guests having an expedited line. Make sure you get in line early if you want to canoe.
Waking up early was 100% worth it – the view was absolutely insane! Our guide Pam was the best – super informative, crazy patient, and helped everyone out along the way. We had both elderly parents and young kids in our group, and Pam made sure every single one of us felt comfortable and included. She really went above and beyond. If you're on the fence, just book it. You won't regret it!

A dream come true and a bucket list item ticked off! What an absolutely fantastic experience and one that will live with me for the rest of my life…sitting for two hours watching the sunrise over Moraine was nothing short of breathtaking and I spent a lot of the time crying! We did the sunrise tour of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, and it was spot on — but honestly, the lakes speak for themselves. What made this experience truly extraordinary was our guide, Sebastian. His knowledge base was incredible: the history, the area, the wildlife, both lakes — he had an answer for every question we threw at him. But it wasn’t just knowledge, it was clear he has a deep passion and love for this place.
