My friends and I had the BEST time on the Montego Bay Nightlife Tour with our incredible tour guide, Sasha from Jamaica Essence Tours! From the moment we started, she made us feel comfortable, safe, welcomed, and ready to have an unforgettable night. Sasha wasn’t just a tour guide she felt like a friend! She knew exactly where to take us, made sure we experienced the real Montego Bay nightlife, and kept the energy HIGH all night long. 🎶💃🏽🍹Her personality, professionalism, kindness, and knowledge of Jamaica made the entire experience absolutely unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had an incredible time, and we truly appreciated every moment. Hi, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had and completely understand why the lack of communication caused you to feel uncomfortable, especially while traveling in Jamaica and needing to verify your driver for your safety. Unfortunately, the communication issue was due to circumstances beyond our control. I did attempt to communicate with you earlier in the day, but we were unable to connect. Later, while I was on the way to assist with your transportation, I became caught in significant traffic due to a party block and an accident. During that time, I lost phone service and was unable to receive your calls or messages. That said, we understand that from your perspective, you had no way of knowing what was happening, and we sincerely apologize for the stress and inconvenience this caused. We absolutely do not expect a guest to enter a vehicle without knowing who the driver is or being able to verify that the driver is affiliated with our company. For that reason, I sent a trusted driver who works directly with our company to ensure that you would still have safe and reliable transportation. We are truly sorry that this situation negatively impacted your birthday experience. Your concerns are valid, and we regret that our communication difficulties made you feel as though you had been left without assistance. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and happy belated birthday. We hope that despite this unfortunate experience, you were still able to enjoy the rest of your time in Jamaica.

While on my trip in Montego Bay, I wanted to get off the resort and experience some night life. I was able to book this excursion at the last minute with Sasha-Gaye. She was very communicative, arrived promptly at the agreed time to pick me up, and very personable. While out she stayed near but also gave me space to do my thing lol I enjoyed our conversation to and from the resort and won’t hesitate to book her again when I’m back in Jamaica!
If you’re looking to experience the nightlife in Montego Bay, Sasha will make sure you have an unforgettable—and safe—time! We had such a fun night going out to spots like Taboo, 27/27 Lounge, and Margaritaville. Each place had its own vibe, from great music and dancing to a lively crowd that kept the energy going all night long. It was the perfect way to experience Jamaica after dark. What really made the night stand out, though, was Sasha. She made sure we got to each location safely and stayed attentive the entire time. No matter how much fun we were having—even when things got a little wild—she was always looking out for us and making sure we were okay. There’s something so reassuring about being able to fully enjoy yourself and not have to worry about getting back safely. Sasha made that possible. She was patient, responsible, and genuinely cared about our well-being. If you’re planning a night out in Montego Bay, I highly recommend going with Sasha. She’ll make sure you have an amazing time while also keeping you safe every step of the way!
