No one that worked there had ever seen this pass- it was a scam and we were very embarrassed and out a lot of money.
Hello Howard, We take claims like this very seriously, and we need to correct several inaccuracies in your review. First, we do not have any booking under the name “Howard” in our system. If this reservation was made under a different name, you will need to provide the correct booking details for us to verify it. Second, this product is not a single pass. The MoMA and Whitney Museum tickets are issued and sent separately, as clearly stated in the product description and confirmation email. Guests present the individual tickets directly at each museum. So what you are saying is that they didn't recognize their own ticket, which is absurd. Both tickets are delivered electronically at the time of purchase, and this product has been used successfully by many customers without issue. The claim that this was a “scam” is incorrect. If you believe there was a genuine issue, please contact us directly with valid booking information so we can review it. Otherwise, this review does not reflect how the product actually works.
I bought this for MoMA and Whitney Museum and it couldn’t have been easier. There was no need to exchange tickets. It was simply just scan and enter. I also liked that no reservations were needed, so I could visit whenever it worked for me. Both museums were amazing, and not having to wait in line to purchase tickets and not having to exchange them for tickets saved me some time. Highly recommend.
