We had a wonderful time learning about how basalmic vinegar is made in Modena. It is very different from the basalmic vinegar we get in North America. The tour was intimate - just Marianna with our group for the majority of the time. We enjoyed chatting with Marianna and Patrizia - they are passionate about the traditions that they are continuing for the generations to follow.
This was an amazing experience! Worth the cost. It was informative, enjoyable and most of all very tasty. We felt honored to be in Patricia’s home and vineyards. Our tour guide Marianna was very nice and answered all of our questions. We were able to taste all of the Balsamic vinegars! Out snacks were excellent! 100% recommend. Be sure to buy as much as you can there from their farms! Support local artisanal foods and products. My wife and I loved this experience.
Very informative and enjoyable tour. Marianna and Patrizia were very welcoming and kind. They prefer small groups which makes the tour much more personable and fun. We highly recommend the tour!
