ダウンタウンに戻ると、もう一つの世界遺産でシルクロードのランドマークでもあるパゴダを訪れます。パゴダでは、玄奘僧がインドから持ち込んだ仏典が翻訳され、中国全土に広まりました。 コロンブスが出航する何世紀も前の1300年以上前に建てられたこの建築の驚異は、10回以上の大地震にも耐え抜いたことで有名です。
次に、中国で最も完全な古代城塞である600年前の城壁を散策します。 全長約14キロメートル（8.7マイル）にわたって、歴史と現代がどう出会うのか、見晴らしの良い場所となっています。 自転車のレンタルは自費で壁に貼っています。

A great day out that we would highly recommend. Celine’s service was excellent, and she was very caring in her approach to the group. Celine demonstrated her in depth knowledge and experience. All the sites visited were very worthwhile and visiting the Terracotta Army was truely memorable.
