Yannick was a very punctual driver. There was communication an hour before the flight landed in Miami. We find ourselves easily at the combined exit at the landing. We also talked a lot up to the destination and gave great tips from Miami.

When I arrived at the airport I let them know that we had landed and was heading to the baggage claim. I never heard back. So after we picked up our baggage I did exactly as instructed and notified via message the door number we were at. Still no answer. We waited for about 45 min and then I decided to call “Viator” customer service and told them of our situation. He told me he would try to get in contact with our driver and would call me back within 15 minutes. I again texted the number and asked “are you coming to pick us up”? Finally a reply came that simply said “yes”. He then texted a little bit later and said he’s be there in 10 minutes. When he got there to us he apologized several times and said that they can’t get ahold of the person that was supposed to pick us up and that they are worried about him because he’s usually very dependable. Our driver was very pleasant and we enjoyed talking with him. Again, he apologized and was very kind. We waited for a little over an hour but they did end up getting us to our destination. No discount or refund was offered.

It was a quite ride..no interaction with the driver only when picking up and drop off. Otherwise quite and looking around and in my phone. I was okay with it as sometimes quite is good and to relax but would have been okay to talk a little if it happened. No issue.

Traveled from FLL airport to downtown Miami with Roman, a wonderfully personable, safe, and efficient driver who executed all of the arrangements smoothly. Communicated through the Viator site using the “contact vendor” option to share details of our flight arrival time in advance and pickup was easy. There is literally nothing that couldn’t have been better so be sure to book this transfer whenever you are to/from FLL to wherever you need to be in the area!!!!

The transfer from Miami airport went exceptionally smoothly: the driver met me in time with a clear sign and helped with the heavy luggage. The car was clean and modern, and the drive to the hotel took much less time than I expected. It's the perfect way to avoid stress and taxi queues after a long flight.

We had an excellent experience with Roman. He is not only very kind and friendly, but also highly professional. He made us feel comfortable right away. He picked us up at the airport and drove us to our hotel, then picked us up again for our return to the airport. Everything was perfect — punctuality, smooth communication, and a very pleasant attitude. We truly appreciated his reliability and warm service. We highly recommend him!
