Overall, we had a good experience with the bike company, but there was one important issue that could have been communicated much more clearly. We were not made aware that riding E-bikes on the beach trail could result in being ticketed and fined. This was important information that we would have appreciated knowing before our ride. We also later learned that regular bicycles are available to ride on the beach trail without a reservation, which was not made clear to us when we booked. Better communication about the trail rules, potential fines, and the different bike options would have made the experience much smoother. The bikes and service were otherwise good, and with clearer information upfront, this could easily have been a five-star experience.
