Our tours are designed with a variety of terrain, including multiple turns, off-road sections, and different areas to explore — not just a straight path. Regarding the wait time, while there can occasionally be short delays due to group coordination and safety briefings, a 1.5-hour wait is not standard, and we always do our best to keep tours running on schedule. We’re sorry if your experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by the quality and structure of our tour, which many guests truly enjoy. Regarding the timing, all tours operate on a strict schedule, and arrivals after the check-in time may need to be rescheduled. This policy is in place to ensure safety and proper coordination for all participants. While it may have appeared that others were waiting, they were part of a different scheduled group. As for the charges, there are no hidden fees. Any additional costs, such as the trail fee and refundable security deposit, are clearly outlined in the booking details prior to arrival. We apologize if there was a wait before the tour began and if communication was not as smooth as expected.
