Awful! Ordered pick up for 8 am. Got picked up on time with 4 people already on shuttle. Circled port for over 30 minutes picking up other customers. Then let 2 couples off to get on other shuttle for Fort Lauderdale. Thought we would go to airport then but no needed to pick more passengers up. I finally stated I’m going to miss my flight so we went back to where we originally got picked up and he had all of us get off and go on another van to go to airport

Kinda weird that I had to transfer vehicles mid way through trip but ultimately I got to where I was going on time.

Driver picked us up, then headed to the airport only to circle back on several occasions to pick up other passengers taking well over an hour to get us to the airport for our flight.

The shared shuttle from Miami Port to MIA NEVER arrived on August 15, 2026. I paid £40.48. Booking Ref: 1426654145. Confirmation NO: 1808886227. Please I want a refund of £40.48 ASAP. Thank you..

They have the best prices in town the van are Mercedes sprinter and the driver Javier was very nice thanks

The company was 1 hour late to pick us up even though we confirmed with them 1.5 hours in advance of the pick up time. This was particularly frustrating as we had an elderly traveler with us who was having a hard time in the 90 degree Miami heat and humidity. I understand that traffic can be difficult on cruise ship days at the port, but effective communication can go a long way towards setting expectations and allowing us to adjust accordingly.

I highly recommend this service! The communication was top notch, personable and super helpful. The port is crazy busy and hard to navigate but I was contacted and walked through how to find the shuttle perfectly for my family. I will use them again!

Poor service. Our pickup time was at 10 am on August 1, 2026. I called at 9:30 am to let them know we were off the ship and were waiting outside. Driver said they would be their in 15 minutes to pick us up. We waited for over an hour and a half after a seven day cruise at the Port of Miami. Called several times to get a pickup status. Driver had left us at the port. We were switched to a different driver after the first one said he was on his way. I was told they do not offer refunds. Never again will I use this company. Word to the wise don't use a shuttle company that requires full payment before services are rendered. I had read the reviews after I booked with this company and tried to cancel before my trip. I was asked to give them a chance as they have been in the transportation industry for 20 years and provide excellent services. Lies!!!!!

The driver was courteous and quick to respond. We had an absolutely positive experience and will use this service again.

Total scam, no shuttle to be found. Call the number and give you the run around until its past the time of pickup and claim you missed it. Got scammed of 50$
