Great, super tour and a very beautiful place
This was such a great tour for those who want to swim and enjoy! We got to go to three diff swim locations and swim in the caves! we got to use the boats paddleboat too - amazing. Loved our guide Whiskey!

An incredible experience from start to finish. Seeing the sunset from the boat was simply spectacular, with beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The crew was very kind, attentive, and professional at all times, making us feel comfortable throughout the excursion. Everything was very well organized, and the ride exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, a totally recommended activity to enjoy a special moment and take home an unforgettable memory. We would repeat it without hesitation!

Missed the timing of the original meet up point as I thought it was the ferry terminal near the cruise (that was on me) when I reached out to them they suggested hoping on the ferry to catch up to them, but the ferry does not take you to the right place from the cruise terminal so we were further out of place, wasted time and money, and they refused a refund.
Hi Sara, as you mentioned you took the wrong ferry and thats on you not us. We provide all necessary information, and we have hundreds of passengers every month, this was the first time a passenger to a big ferry which takes cars/passengers onboard (big vessel) instead of our small boat carrying a maximum of 24 people. In terms of refund its against Viator's policy as its not the operators fault. also we are a small company focusing on small boat cruises, so spots taken but didn't came its a loss to our bottom line. We did offer you to come on another day for free, but you were not available. So sorry for your experience but its none of our fault. You just gave us a bad review because you didn't reat the instructions well.
The boat was on time captain really nice helpful for us a nice small boat he took us to both bays and caves couldn’t ask for more this trip is not for the party crowd ideal for families and couples

Booked a few days beforehand, got 2 of the last 3 tickets. Followed the link to get the free blue lagoon landing pass, show the QR code at the desk by the Cafe and get your wrist band before boarding. Whiskey our guide was good, left on time, parked in good places for swimming and got us into small caves for a good look and pointed out interesting rock formations. Boat didn't feel crowded. I hired a snorkel (€5 cash) others bought cold drinks. Plenty of time at the swimming stops, some people stayed on board. There were noodles to borrow and a board to share. Nice group of people on the boat, Glad we did it.

No one at the meeting point. Loss of €50 pre-booking. Unsuccessful phone calls. We ultimately left with another provider.
Sorry you had such an experience. We are at the meeting point 15mins before departure to board every passenger. And we do answer calls of course, maybe the line was busy due to other ongoing calls.
