Absolutely amazing experience. This is what all small business should be run like (speaking as a fellow business owner). Immediate response, excellent communication, sparkling clean vehicle and a safe and friendly driver. Our driver was so helpful, even contacted us after he dropped us off to give the name of a restaurant he recommended for vegetarians. He was always early to for pick-up and was very courteous. Would only use this service on future Chicago trips!
