Overall, I’m giving this service 3 stars because the experience was very inconsistent between the initial pickup and the return trip. When we initially landed, I was in communication with the person who arranged the service, and he was fairly responsive while we were making our way through the airport. I let him know when we landed and again once we reached baggage claim. However, once we collected our luggage and went outside to wait for the vehicle, it took about 15 minutes to receive a response, followed by another 10 minutes before the driver contacted me. I also called the driver directly but received no answer. We ultimately waited approximately 25 additional minutes before the driver arrived. Once the driver arrived, he was not rude and was generally fine, but there was no apology or acknowledgment for being late, which would have gone a long way. We had also paid to add a stop for water and snacks. The driver initially said this had not been communicated to him, and I had to show him the text confirming the request. We were then told that the stop could no longer be accommodated because they had other customers to pick up. That was disappointing, especially since the additional stop had already been arranged. The ride itself was very quiet, and there were no additional amenities offered, such as water or soda. That said, the return trip from the resort to the airport was a completely different experience. Our driver was **on time, very friendly, professional, and provided great service**. That pickup went smoothly from start to finish. Ultimately, the excellent return service helped balance out the poor initial pickup, which is why I landed at 3 stars. I would consider using the service again, but I would expect better communication, timeliness, and customer service during pickup.

Very bad service. Our plane landed and we notified Leonardo, just as he had instructed us. He told us to contact him again when we were ready to leave. We were coming from a 10-hour international flight and the suitcases took approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes to come out. Afterward, we had to go through immigration control. When we finally finished the whole process, we contacted him again, but for about 20 minutes he did not pick up the phone. When he finally answered, he told us that he had no drivers available and that he was not going to refund our money, claiming that more than an hour had passed since the flight landed. The most serious thing is that he left us stranded at the Orlando airport with three children, without offering us any alternative, not even the possibility of paying a supplement to resolve the situation. We consider this way of operating with international flight passengers to be especially problematic: it is perfectly foreseeable that between the arrival of the plane, baggage claim, and immigration control, more than an hour can pass. If the service does not take this circumstance into account, it should be clearly communicated to the customer before booking and, above all, some solution should be offered. A terrible experience and a service that I would not recommend at all. In our case, it was much more reliable and simple to order an Uber directly from the airport. We contacted Civitatis hoping that, as the platform through which we had booked the service, they would help us resolve the situation. However, after getting in touch with the provider, Civitatis simply relayed the exact same response to us: that more than an hour had passed since the plane landed. No alternative solution was offered to us, nor was it taken into account that it was an international flight, where the time needed to collect luggage and go through immigration can easily exceed an hour. We understand that Civitatis works with external providers, but precisely for that reason we expected some type of mediation and customer support when the booked service fails. However, they did spend time responding to us to ask us to reconsider the rating for the person who had handled our issue at Civitatis. A very disappointing experience. If you book a transfer for an international flight, I recommend you be very careful and check the service conditions very well.

We booked about a week out for an airport transfer to a Universal Studios hotel. We received a text a few days before with instructions on what to do once we arrived at the airport for pick up and the name of the driver and a description of the pick up vehicle. We waited about 20 minutes for our ride after letting them know we were curbside and ready for pick up. The ride and drop off was fine and as planned.

I booked for a round trip for a holiday. On the first leg the driver was very rude and pushy - there were delays at the airport and he immediately sent an aggressive message saying he would not wait. I didn’t mind this - there was a one hour policy which was stated when booking - but he was unnecessarily rude. It turned out he wanted me to pay him $30 extra dollars (essentially trying to scam me into paying him extra before the time limit was up). On the return leg they just didn’t turn up - they claimed I told them the wrong time (I didn’t - they had incorrectly put the booking in for the flight time instead of the pickup time I requested). They then refused to refund the second leg (I had to get my own cab in the end) and Viator also didn’t help.

The driver was scheduled to pick us up at 2 PM from our resort. He did not arrive until after 2 PM and then proceeded to load the wrong family into his vehicle without even checking that it was the correct reservation. I tried to call as soon as they started driving away, but he did not answer. I then texted stating that he had the wrong people in his vehicle. Thankfully, he turned around and picked us up. However, we were then driving very quickly to the airport while he was texting what appeared to be other pick ups.

I had a great pickup and ride with Luke! Prior to my arrival, he provided instructions and was very responsive. He assisted with my bags and was very friendly. I am going to book again! And I would recommend to others!

Great transfer option from MCO to universal. Communication was good and arrival was timely at airport. Vehicle was clean.
