Communications was slow in responding. When we landed in Orlando we received a note on where to go and said to reply once we were at the location. I replied when we arrived at the sign and did not receive any response. Sent again in 15 mins and no response. Went back to original booking and sent message to them after thirty mins and finally received a response. It took about 45 mins for shuttle to show up from first message. The driver was fantastic but communications could use improvement

Great service.
Our plane was delayed and once we landed they texted us and kept in contact until the shuttle got to us.

Great Experience

Fast and friendly!
Immediately upon landing we received a text from the company who noted we landed 30 minutes early. We were told that since we landed early, we might be able to. Make the next shuttle instead of waiting. We texted back and forth about where our group of 8 was. Pictures were sent and we made the shuttle since we arrived early! I would use this company again and again! Communication was great and that ranks high with me!!

Okay
The driver was helpful but we had to wait 45 min after our flight landed before he arrived. I had a credit from a previous tour so it was tolerable but if I were paying out of pocket full price it would not have been worth it

Excellent
We had 21 people go to Disney World this June for a family vacation and galaxy was great. They arrived on time to the airport, picked us all up & took us to the All Star Movies Resort on a Coach bus. I would recommend them to anyone.

Group trip to Magic Kingdom
Good communication from tour operator. They called me shortly after we arrived to let me know where the meet up point would be. Our driver was very friendly and the vehicle was kept very clean

We had flight delays, but shuttle was still ready.
Luiz was a phenomenal driver. Our flight was delayed, and he was already contacting me to assure us everything was good. When we got our luggage, I texted him, and in 10 minutes he was there ready to load us up. Very clean shuttle. Definitely, a great value.

Would definitely recommend.
Picked us up at MCO - driver was great. Very convenient way to travel from airport to destination. Van was very comfortable.
