Communication before the trip was excellent and informative. Jane was very helpful. The driver was early. He handled all of our baggage in both the port and the airport. All in all a great experience!
Very easy to communicate with was overall an excellent experience. We were able to communicate the day of transport and they were able to pick us up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Highly recommend this company.
Pick up was great, the driver came a little early upon our request even though we didn’t ask until the day before. Van fit four people and four large suitcases very comfortably.
The ride was expensive, with no perks. The driver was not friendly. We had to ask him to turn off the highly explicit music. He texted 1-hour before our meeting time, told us to arrive earlier than scheduled, and then he was late to arrive. Said he would pick us up in one location, and then sent us looking for him somewhere else. We made it to the airport. An uber would have been much more effective and less costly.
The transportation was smooth! No problems what so ever- we would definitely use them again! Loved!!

I booked with viator for two trips, both trips was a good experience. They was on time and professional. I would book with them again when Im in the area and need transportation.
