Thomas provided us with a 10/10 experience! Thomas is super polite, friendly, punctual comforting, and informative. When you give Thomas a time for departure, he is there 15 minutes early! I really enjoyed my trip to Montego Bay, Thomas was the main reason. I felt safe with Thomas. I would book Thomas again, 10 out of 10 times!!!

Thomas was absolutely exceptional! We had only booked a one-way transfer to our hotel through Amex, and from the moment we got into his vehicle, he made our trip memorable. Traveling with my young children can be challenging, but Thomas immediately put us at ease. As we drove, he shared fascinating stories about Jamaica, pointed out local landmarks, and gave us great insight into the island and its culture. Our experience was so wonderful that I booked him again for another transfer with a larger group. Once again, he exceeded every expectation. I was so comfortable and confident in his driving that I was actually able to fall asleep during the ride while he kept my children and our guests entertained with stories and conversation about Jamaica. When our plans changed, Thomas graciously accommodated a last-minute pickup time adjustment without hesitation. He was professional, incredibly hospitable, reliable, and genuinely kind throughout every interaction. I completely understand why he has nothing but 5-star reviews. If you’re looking for someone who is punctual, knowledgeable, accommodating, and truly cares about his passengers, I cannot recommend Thomas highly enough. We will absolutely book with him again on our next trip to Jamaica!

We had a great experience with Thomas Explora Tours - transport services during my trip to Jamaica. Round-trip airport and hotel transport services were smooth. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process.. The driver was professional, punctual, and friendly!! Thomas Explora Tours also offered reasonably priced excursions. I highly recommend services and would use the company again on my next vacation!

He was patient, easy to talk to, and shared helpful information about the area along the way. It didn’t feel like just a ride it felt like being shown around by someone who genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. If you’re traveling alone and want someone who makes you feel safe and taken care of, I would definitely recommend him. He made my solo trip start off in the best way possible.

We had a great experience with Odane! He was very professional and on time from day one! He took us around and also recommended excursions that were very reasonable.
