Our driver communicated with us upon arrival. He was friendly and professional. He gave us helpful information and we felt comfortable in his hands. Excellent service! Would definitely book again.

Awesome customer service . Didn’t have to wait long for airport pick up . Soon as I walked outside my driver was pulling up. Driver super personable and gave reccomendations . Felt safe and comfortable . Thanks Marvin
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you had a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment you arrived. Marvin will be happy to know his service and recommendations made a positive impact. Your comfort and safety are always our top priorities. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again soon!
Our pick up never showed. We did get a refund but it was annoying and a bad start to our vacation. Np
Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that our driver was at the airport for over two hours with a sign displaying your name. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you during that time. We later learned that you took another cab to the resort. Although our driver was present and we were not contacted, we still provided a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We understand this was an inconvenience, and we hope the rest of your vacation went smoothly.
Punctual, responsive and flexible. We had flight delays and they changed our pick up time with no hassle. Would definitely use again
Thank you for your kind review Shawn! We’re so glad to hear that our team could accommodate your flight delays and make the experience hassle free for you. Punctuality, flexibility, and responsiveness are key priorities for us, so it’s great to know we met your expectations. We look forward to serving you again in the future! Safe travels!
They really made the experience smooth for us as far as booking excursions and transporting. I do wish transport rates was discussed prior when we discussed our excursions. The first day we had a driver named Dave and we loved him! He definitely made us feel safe and comfortable. After having him that first day we requested him for the remainder of the trip! I highly recommend Dave when booking!
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We're happy to hear that your experience with Island Treasure Tours was smooth and enjoyable. We’re glad Dave could make you feel safe and comfortable, he truly is a wonderful part of our team. We also appreciate your input about transport rates and will make sure to provide clearer communication on that moving forward. Thanks again for your kind words and recommendation! We look forward to serving you again on your next adventure!
The service was excellent, the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable the ride to our resort was comfortable and the welcome drink was good! Would definitely recommend this company.
Experience of a lifetime! Thank you for your honest review.
I booked Island Treasures for our airport/hotel transfers. Firstly, they were easy to find and had our last name on a poster. Secondly, the driver from the airport to the hotel was very knowledgeable of Jamaican history and answered all our questions. Thirdly, they responded promptly to all my messages, there was plenty, we had a long delay in Miami and they reassured me they would be there when we landed. Lastly, both drivers were incredibly kind. My husband said “he’s someone I would be friends with”. Thank you so much for your superb customer service.
Haha! We loved your husband sense of humor! Thank you for choosing us! We cannot wait to serve you and the family again! Take good care!
Marvin was a good friendly driver . Would use his services again and refer family and friends if they visit .

The drive was informative and enjoyable. Our driver was so much fun. Our driver was very personable and welcoming. I would recommend your company to anyone.
Experience of a lifetime! Thank you for your honest review.
