Hi let’s start by saying after booking weeks in advance they never even showed up to airport and left us with no help with two infants in the heat not only that they never refunded us and we had to find another way to and from hotel worst service ever should not be allowed to operate
Oh wow. First thing I got to say was I could let you wait on your driver but the traffic was stand still because their was no electricity due to the hurricane. I asked the rep at the airport to put you on another vehicle and I’ll refund you in full even for the return trip. Also I did mention that I would get you a ride back to the airport free of charge. Plus this booking you made was a last minute booking I have the time stamp to show. Everything is all messed up because of the hurricane. Our phone service don’t work once we don’t have electricity. This not a developed country. We just got electricity at the office this morning. The hurricane came here on Wednesday and we just got electricity today at the office. How could we send the refund when we had no access to do it? I did explain the situation to you on Saturday. I will screenshot the time stamp and send to viator to show them that you’re lying that you booked weeks in advance. All the best and I hope you enjoy your stay in Jamaica!

When visiting Jamaica we used Jamaica Mesmerizing Tours for all our transportation from the airport and an excursion to the Dunn falls. This a first class company. Our flights were delayed but they accommodate all itinerary changes. The bus drivers are courteous and punctual and the buses are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your travel needs within Jamaica. In addition to their exceptional services they are reasonably priced.
