Our experience on the Marrakech waterfall tour was absolutely wonderful, and a huge part of what made the day so enjoyable was the excellent service provided by our tour guide, Hazal, and our driver, Said. From the very beginning of the tour, Hazal was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. Her knowledge of the places we visited was impressive, and she explained everything in a very clear, interesting, and easy-to-understand way. Rather than simply giving us basic information, she took the time to explain the history, culture, and significance of the different places we saw, which made the experience much more meaningful and enjoyable. Hazal was also extremely helpful and attentive throughout the day. She was always ready to answer our questions, provide useful information, and make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Her friendly personality and positive attitude made the tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. It was clear that she genuinely cared about giving us a great experience, and her enthusiasm for Marrakech and its surroundings was contagious. We would also like to give special thanks to Said, our driver, who was excellent throughout the entire tour. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very helpful. The van was comfortable, and we always felt safe and well looked after while traveling between the different locations. Said drove carefully and responsibly, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. Together, Hazal and Said made a fantastic team. Their professionalism, kindness, patience, and attention to detail made the entire day smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. They were both incredibly accommodating and made sure that everything went well during our visit to the Marrakech waterfalls. The explanations provided by Hazal added so much value to the experience, while Said made the transportation comfortable and stress-free. Their warm and welcoming attitude made us feel more like guests than tourists, and that made a big difference. We truly appreciate all the effort they put into making our tour memorable. We had a wonderful experience with this tour company, and a big part of it was thanks to our excellent guides, Hazal and Said. Hazal was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to our needs and expectations. She went above and beyond to help us with several special requests and always did so with a positive attitude and without any complaint. Her flexibility and genuine willingness to help made the experience feel very personal and enjoyable. Our driver, Said, was also fantastic. He was highly skilled, calm, patient, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Our guides (Bodra and Rachid) were excellent and did their best, but this is not the mountain walk we were expecting. The reality is struggling for space due to overcrowding and a very difficult walk up very steep rocks with at times no clearly defined path. Luckily we had an excellent guide who had to hold our hands at key parts of the route as they were perilous. The waterfalls themselves were gorgeous, but there was so many people we couldn’t get a clear picture. The value for money considering we were out for 8 hours was good. We had multiple stops on the way and the lunch was a good size meal, not small.
We had a great experience on the waterfalls and climing Atlas. Borad and Rachid were the best guides, very available.
