Beautiful excursion with boufi tours it was well organized thank you for your welcome and service

It was beautiful the Marrakech trio with puff and I highly recommend all teams and friendly even the weather in Marrakech it was beautiful May I like Agadir the city of Agadir and really great

The English speaking guide spent more time speaking French to the 3 French people on the tour than to the dozen or so English speakers. Whilst in Marrakech the guide often just walked on not allowing anyone time to look or even go to the toilet. The return bus journey was difficult as the heater was not working and so the driver and guide had their windows open to help prevent the windows, especially the front windscreen from steaming up with condensation. This meant the journey back was really cold

Let's start with the positive: we were picked up in front of the hotel, the guide was nice, positive, spoke German and told a lot about Agadir, the countryside and Marakech. Once there, he guided us through hidden corners in the market. But: everything else that was in the booking did not exist! No walking tour, but only at a pace through the market that you could not watch or buy anything. Then we were taken to a sales show, which was also not communicated or booked before and for lunch we were taken to an expensive restaurant, which was also not agreed and it was clear that the tour guide also benefited. On request, it was said that after eating you could say what you still want to see, i.e. you would not have had free time, as stated in the description. All in all, almost nothing was right in the description. Neither the bus nor the way through the market was wheelchair accessible. We'll go out on our own. In the end, we could have just taken the bus to Marakech and explored on our own. For me the tour was absolutely disappointing as my expectations were not met at all due to the description.

This tour was such a highlight of my trip! From the moment we were picked up at the hotel, everything ran smoothly and felt well-organized. Our guide was super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Marrakech — he really brought the history and culture to life. We saw all the major sights like Jemaa El-Fna, the Medina, and the souks, but what I loved most was the balance between guided time and personal time. We had a couple of hours to explore on our own, grab a bite, and check out spots like the Bahia Palace and Majorelle Garden. It was the perfect mix of structure and freedom. The group was small, which made it feel more personal and relaxed. And the fact that it includes hotel pickup and drop-off made the whole experience stress-free. Honestly, for the price, this tour delivers way more than expected. Highly recommend if you want to get a real taste of Marrakech in just one day!
