The roads through the Serra de Tramuntana are spectacular but can occasionally present unexpected situations, such as broken-down vehicles on very narrow hairpin bends. Juan handled the situation with great professionalism, patience and skill, always putting safety first. We also appreciate your recognition of Melanie's calm approach in reassuring passengers and managing the situation until everyone could safely leave and re-board the coach. The safety and wellbeing of our guests will always be our highest priority.
