Outstanding guide! Extremely knowledgeable, personable, animated. We learned so much and enjoyed the tour greatly.
I booked a trip for 5:00 pm. They called at 1:00 to ask if we would be on the 1:00 tour. I explained that I’d booked online for 5:00 and we could not make 1:00. I asked if there was availability for 5:00. The woman said yes but they could not change the tickets. I explained that I had booked for 5:00… and asked for a manager. She hung up.
Pilar led an informative and interesting tour of the Royal Palace. It was definitely a better experience than having visited the royal palace on our own.

Fabulous tour! Our guide was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and shared such interesting information about the palace, each room we were in, and the history of the royal family. She was friendly and kept our group organized throughout the tour. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice pslace with a lot of original furnitures , paintings and artifacts. Make sure you have a good breakfast if you want to see the palace, the museum and the cathedral all at one.If you like the palace in Vienna, you will like this one too
