Really enjoyed it, smooth entry to building with slick security. Entrance experience is fun, loads to see and do - Star Wars was by far the best, so cool and looked like all the characters, very immersive
Had a tickets as part as the multi tickets for London experiences. Was really impressed by the wax works and the interactive ride inside, They have a jumaji 3d film at the end which was OK but unnecessary as you had wait inline for a at least 10 minutes when everything else is done at your own pace.
Very nice venue, not over powered by wax works as plenty of variety includes a short taxi themed ride, a gory part to london and a 4d cinema experience. Starwars section amongst other classic film sets.
Way too busy. Time slots were going in even when it wasn’t the time. To crowded to stop and look or take photos. Rude people pushing. No staff around to ask for advice. Dangerous having that many people in there.

On my fourth time in London, I finally let myself be convinced to visit. Much, much more compelling than I would have expected. Along with photos in the "company" of soccer players, actresses/actors, singers, the royal family, and other show business personalities, which are fun nonetheless, there is the little train with the history of London, an entire wing dedicated to Star Wars, to Marvel characters, and the 3D cinema with Jumanji. A long visit filled with laughter and fun.

Beautiful experience, the first for my children and the second for me after 25 years. We also had a lot of fun at the 4D cinema.

Last time on our London trip we didn’t visit Madame Tussauds due to lack of time & preference of other attractions, this time we made sure it is on our list and visited during summer holidays (+weekend), it was reasonably crowded. To my surprise, we really enjoyed and found it very exciting. The exhibits were impressive and overall experience was really good.

We left our bags with the check in. Firstly, i lost the ticket they gave me! When we retrieved our bags they asked me to identify our bags by naming items. All good. While trying to find the ticket i upended my bag and mistakenly dropped my work ID.... as I work in NHS this is a huge no no! The next day we went back and the girl in security immediately knew what I was looking for, and had personally kept it safe as she knew how important it was! As soon as I said, 'a Ted Baker card wallet' she said, 'with an NHS ID card?!' I could have cried!!! Thank you thank you! On top of that an amazing experience! We didnt expect the rides, the anamitronics. Great! Thanks again! You saved me so much greif at work!

I loved it! It had a 4D cinema and a train where you went along seeing the animated figures like a mini roller coaster, and a ton of superheroes and celebrities!!
