Mr Andres was on time, communicating with us constantly and when we walked out with our luggage he was there to grab our bags and drive us to our hotel. Perfect!

We were picked up from the Airport in Madrid and the ride and driver were fabulous, he was very kind, pleasant and courteous. The driver who picked us up to take us to the Airport for departure was exactly the opposite. He was inpatient, not very friendly spoke absolutely no English and upon arrival to the airport he just randomly dropped us off at a terminal that was not American Airlines and left us. We were not only at a loss, but we were also lost, we didn't know where to go or how to get to our terminal. This was beyond unprofessional!

Our Driver was on-time, courteous and the Mercedes Van was in impeccable condition! Our flight arrives a little late, but was not an issue at all!
