Excellent Transportation Service! We had a fantastic experience with our transportation from the cruise terminal in Miami to our hotel in Fort Lauderdale! Our driver was already waiting for us as soon as we exited the terminal, which made pickup incredibly quick and easy after getting off the ship. The driver was friendly, professional, and an excellent driver. The entire ride was smooth, comfortable, and completely hassle-free. We arrived at our hotel quickly and safely with no issues whatsoever. After a long cruise, having transportation that is on time, organized, and stress-free made such a difference. We would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone needing transportation between the Miami cruise terminals and Fort Lauderdale!
The driver went to Carnival when the booking clearly stated Virgin Voyages our wait time was 15 minutes past pick up time requested. Then he drove us to the wrong drop off location, when we told him this isn’t the dropped off location he sped to the correct location.
