This is my second visit, following last year. I was picked up from my hotel in Nusa Dua. The driver was very nice, and just seeing his face made me feel at ease. The spa is a lovely house that makes you want to say "I'm back", and I was glad that he remembered my visit last year. The treatment room is very clean, and there is a toilet in the same room, which is convenient to use before and after changing clothes. Paper shorts are provided. The therapists' techniques are also really great! Everyone is skilled and kind. My mother, who went with me, is hard of hearing and only speaks Japanese, but she understood what I was saying, which was very appreciated. This time, we only had one day to go because we booked activities and went out, which was unfortunate. I will visit again next time I go to Bali. Thank you for the fruit souvenirs. It was delicious!
Beautiful place and amazing masseuse that is very considerate. The massage and facial was very good and exactly what I needed. I arranged for hotel pickup which was prompt and extremely courteous. I would book again and recommend to everyone.
