This is the worst tour ever, I’ve booked several tours with Viator and this is by far the worst. Firstly they overcharge for this tour, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, wait until you gets there it’s only $25 per person, this tour company charges you $117 for two people and you still have to pay $25 when you gets there. When I arrived no one knew what your I was talking about, I had to meet up with the guy at a different location who trespassed through fisherman’s Inn, not even the person that works a fisherman’s Inn doesn’t know about this illegal operation that they’re doing. Please stay away, when we gets in the water they told us that we have 15 minutes, seriously now… first of all the water is dirty and very mushy… not worth it
Thank you for your review. You don’t have to lie because you want a refund. There are several boat companies on the lagoon and you simply don’t follow instructions. This what is paid for covers transportation. You usually pay your entry fee once you get there. You refused the transportation so we paid they entrance fee for you since you didn’t want to cancel. No one trespasses on any property. You just didn’t like the tour and it’s not for everyone. Everyone has different likes. Also you were told to wear water shoes so you wouldn’t feel the mushy feeling between your toes. Again thank you for your review.
The experience itself was amazing. The captain/guide on the tour was so fun. However our driver was on time but then we had to stop for gas. After our swim we couldn’t find our driver. We eventually had someone help us find him and he was behind a truck smoking. Appeared to be high when he drove back unfortunately. Would not book through here again. Cheaper through resort!
Sorry for the unfortunate experience you had. We do apologize for it. However the driver who took you on the excursion don't smoke. We are doing our internal investigation now because smoking on the job is against our company policy. As for the price you know when you book here the tour is the best and private.
Luminous lagoon was a really cool once in a lifetime attraction to see. My only criticism was our driver who was one of the few people I’ve met in Jamaica who was less than friendly. Opon pickup he was noticeably annoyed at us for being at the wrong hotel entrance (admittedly we are not as familiar with the resort as he is). Our ride to the attraction included a 20+ minute unannounced stop at gas station.
Sorry for the unfortunate gas station stop as we don't usually do that and I will have to confirm why it was done. We are happy you enjoyed the tour. As for being on the wrong of the hotel by accident you don't even worry about that because your on vacation enjoy yourself. It was a great pleasure serving you.
It was so beautiful and you’ll never want to leave the water once you’re in it! You also get to learn some fun facts during the trip!

Great experience and this was rare because we found out their are only 3 in the world so this was a must visit. Mario was an excellent guide he really made us enjoy our trip. So much fun.

They setup a private boat for us so my husband and I could have a great time swimming without being inconvenient to anyone. This is a must to do while in Jamaica. Thank you guys

We did this excursion at the very last minute and it was great. It was the same night we came to Jamaica we called the company up and they made it happen. Our boat captain was fun and I recommend doing this.
